PES 2019 UCL Scoreboard updated by FuNZoTiK

The scoreboard was created by @Cesc Fabregas . I updated it to fix some bugs and have UCL colors on each menu.

Changelog :

• Colors fixed (i used some textures of the first UCL scoreboard by @ginda01 )
• Manager name fixed in Master League
• Total score in return match now visible

I don't modified the BeinSport logo which was added on the last EvoSwitcher update.

So just thanks to @Cesc Fabregas for his awesome work and @ginda01 for some textures i used from his scoreboard.

Just unpack and replace files in PES 2019 folder
