NOTE
if boards doesnt show in a particular stadium, then its because konami didnt provide slots for that stadium. in rare cases (3 stadiums) slots were provided, but was far too problematic to resolve. Stadiums in question...Johan Cruyff Arena/Ulker stadium/Veltins Arena (although this allowed for minimal change.) Didnt try to touch south american/non euro stadiums either, although i may have overstepped the mark, Like with Allianz parque because i thought it was french
