PES 2017 English Commentary Update V9 (04-07-17) by predator002

V9 now released. Please note that this is my final update for PES2017, I'm gonna have a break before PES2018 comes out. I have done all the requests I could fit into the time, I know there are many (126) that I haven't added but they will be looked at again in the next game. Download links in below.

Usage Information:
- All additions are integrated into edit mode and available to assign to any player or unlicensed team.
- All player and team additions are assigned to their respective Konami ID.
- Latest version of this pack contains all prior additions.
- Base file used in prior versions is no longer required, you can delete it.

How to install:
- Extract 'Preds 2017 Commentary.cpk' to your PES2017 Download folder.
- Update the DpFileList.bin using DpFileList Generator by Baris.
